Can I try before I buy?

As a free user, you have limited access to DeltaDoc! By upgrading your account to Premium, you will have access to all the features of the service, with maximum document size limits.

Can I get a discount for multiple accounts?

DeltaDoc already benefits from a very affordable rate. For up to 10 users, there is only a discount on the annual subscription, of the order of 33%. For a larger number of user accounts, please contact us by e-mail.

Are there discounts for students?

Yes, we offer special rates for students. Simply register with your student email address to automatically receive the discount. If your student email address is not recognised, please contact our support team.

Can I benefit from a single billing for several accounts?

Yes, you can associate multiple accounts to a single credit card for centralized billing. Simply enter the email addresses of your team members to automatically upgrade your billing plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. If you would like to be able to use another payment method, please let us know.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! If your account does not meet your needs, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Not completely satisfied with our tools? Just contact us within 15 days of your purchase, and we will refund your money.

What if I need to change my subscription during the course of the contract?

You can add and remove licenses from your Account as you wish. Likewise, you can upgrade your subscription and we will automatically adjust the pricing.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, tax bills are available for all rate plans. All prices include VAT. We offer monthly or annual invoicing. You can manage your invoices and change your billing settings from your account.
